The former product LRM provided access to Library Resource purchasing and access to those products purchased. At this time, we now have two products which performs these two processes.
"the Menu" is the purchasing aspect of this former process. You can login to "the Menu" with SLS provided credentials to create a cart of Database resources your District wishes to purchase. Early in the school year, SLS will provide you with login information so you can see your districts cart and current subscriptions for you to manage. when the time comes you can then checkout the cart and SLS will review the cart and then go through the approval process to finalize the purchases. The second part of the process, access to your resources, is provided through the Libguides below. You may also request a listing of the resources and access information from SLS if you have your own pages for accessing your resources. They can be requested from automation@ocmboces.org.
School Library Database Resource Guides
Here are the guides that have been created so far to access your School/Library Resource Subscriptions. From some districts, there are some specifically by school while for others they were organized within one consolidated page. If you do not find yours here, please let us know and we can create one for you. There are also guides that contain your MediaConnect information as well. All the guides are password protected due to agreements with the database providers. If you do not know your password, please contact SLS at automation@ocmboces.org and we can provide you access to your guide.
